Structure & Capability & Characteristics
Fine working case body and chamber ; Rectangle case body with the strengthen tendon is designed and made according to the ??teel Pressure Vessel??and ??ressure Vessel Technical Detection Regulation ?? The inside layer is welded by good quality acid-resisting stainless steel 304. The outside one and strengthen tendon is made of good quality carbon steel. The chamber inside surface is mechanical polished, smoothness, good outlook and anticorrosion.
Patent door lock device:

Seal trip:

Unique spraying cooling device: The spiral spraying mouths from Spraying Systems Co. USA are fixed in this spraying system. The sprayed cooling water is distributed thickly dotted in the whole chamber without dead corner that can make the ampoules?cooling uniform.
The GMP confirmation access is fixed which confirm the local temperature and sterilizing result.
Reliable Leak Detection
Vacuum leak testing:
The bad quality ampoules or the ampoules in a certain vacuum condition will demolish or leak, so it is easy to check out the unqualified ampoules after vacuum testing.
Dyestuff leak testing,First, pour the dyestuff water over the level of the sterilizing goods into the sterilizing chamber.
Then rise the pressure to make the dyestuff water into the ampoule. After the water output, the bad ampoules which have dyestuff remains can be check out.
